Our association has used Motion Elevator for its recent modernizations. We have spent several hundred thousand dollars on this project.

The controls are mounted on a skew and are oversized in several buildings. A smaller control should have been used to fit properly in the mounting area. Additionally, some buttons do not function properly.

Since modernization, our building elevator has needed more service and is less reliable than the previous over 50-year-old equipment. It cannot be trusted.

Even though our association decided to keep our original elevator cars, more care should have been taken to leave our community with professional results.

I have made them aware of these issues on several occasions and I am disappointed in their lack of follow up or solution.

Overall the quality of work is unacceptable and dangerous.

Our association went with Motion for our full elevator modernization because they were the one maintaining our elevator and they were very informative at the beginning of the process, but this was not an easy project to complete with them. They will squeeze money out of you and you will find out many things that were left out or was not told to you that you will need to pay extra for if you need to make sure the project come out decent. $80K elevator from Motion and this is the finish product that the association received at the end. We were told to pay more money to get it cleaned up. The floor does not look like it will last more than six months. The arm has a big whole in it and they refused to fix it. Also, no instructions was provided on how to maintain the elevator or the floor. Very poor customer service once down payment was received and contract was signed. We are surprised and shock at the same time. We didn’t think that they could behave this poorly. We will hire another company to help us make the finish product look more presentable since Motion does not want to do it without additional money. Buyer beware when doing business with These ladies.

We live at Sunrise Lakes. Our elevator was not working. Tony from Motion Elevator came soon after I called Campbell Management and talked with Diego about our problem.
Tony is a great troubleshooter. He kept at it until he found the problem. He's terrific. Our elevator is working like a charm. Thank you so much.

As a Manager of a Condominium with elevators it has been nothing but positive when Daniel our tech comes to service them. He almost ALWAYS comes the same day and he is like the elevator ninja. I call and before I know he has even shown up he is in front of me telling me I'm all set and what was wrong and that it's fixed. I am the manager of a condominium association in Florida. We have had very frustrating experiences with several elevator companies. We called Motion Elevator based on a recommendation. We had a traction elevator that was out of service for more than four months. The previous contracted elevator company could not fix it and even stopped trying to fix it. Motion Elevator sent out their service supervisor to our property and within 2 hours, the elevator was returned to service and is operating perfectly since his visit. I am very pleased with what we observed and will likely sign a service contract with Motion Elevator, based on their exemplary service and knowledge of our 40+ year old elevator technology.
